Yodit Asfaw
Associate
Yodit Asfaw was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Silver Spring, MD. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2004.
While attending the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, Ms. Asfaw became a certified law student at the Veteran Legal Assistance Clinic. In her work at the clinic, she represented indigent clients, under attorney supervision, in marital dissolutions, child support and custody disputes, and other administrative proceedings. During her time in law school, Ms. Asfaw studied abroad program in Nice, France, where she participated in classes with French law students and learned the intricacies of Product Liability and International Criminal Law.
Ms. Asfaw is an associate with Hannon Law Group, LLP having joined the firm in May, 2010.
