Davis Rajtik began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John M. Maloney at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. While clerking, Davis was admitted to practice in both the District of Columbia and Virginia.
Davis graduated cum laude from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in May 2018. At CUA, Davis served as an Associate Editor on Law Review and as research assistant to Professor Raymond C. O’Brien.
As a complement to the practice of law, Davis was recently confirmed as a Commissioner to the Arlington County Transportation Commission for a two-year term. Davis spends his spare time immersed in issues touching on transportation, land use, and urban design. Originally from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Davis now calls Arlington, Virginia home along with his spouse, Sarah.
