Karey Hart is an attorney who believes creative problem solving, buttressed by extensive legal research, provides the best results for her clients.
Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including federal and private sector employment law. A large part of her practice involves representing foreign-service officers in employment issues such as EEO complaints, discipline proposals, whistleblower retaliation, and grievances. Karey also represents clients in business matters such as contract disputes and non-compete agreements.
Karey graduated cum laude from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. During her time at CUA, she was a Moot Court Vice Chancellor and Law Review associate. She also competed in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and won best oralist in the second round of competition. Karey is especially proud of her time as a student attorney in the CCLS General Practice Clinic.
Karey hails from McLean, Virginia and received a degree in Theatre from Oakland University.
