Hannon Law Group Welcomes New Law Clerks Andres A. Cruz and Owen H. Smith

Andres A. Cruz, a second-year law student at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, joins us on a full-time basis as he attends classes at night. Andy is a Shriver Fellow and has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Andy spent three years in the Peace Corps before attending law school.

Owen H. Smith, a native of Towson, Maryland, is also a second-year law student at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Owen is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where he received honors as an ALL-ACC Academic Honor Roll member and served as a representative to the NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. His prior legal experience includes assisting with appellate cases before the Supreme Court and D.C. Circuit Court.
