HANNON LAW GROUP WINS DECISION AT D.C. OFFICE OF EMPLOYEE APPEALS ON THE DISTRICT PERSONNEL MANUAL’S 90-DAY RULE

The D.C. Office of Employee Appeals recently issued its first decision reversing a District government employee’s termination for the agency’s violation of the 90-day rule found in Chapter 16 of the District Personnel Manual.
