Government Employees Have Right to Counsel in Investigation Interviews

All federal government employees should be aware of their right to counsel when contacted for an investigative interview. Recent news reports indicate that numerous persons, some within the State Department, have been contacted by investigators to discuss former Secretary Clinton's use of a private email server.
