On October 10, 2019, founding partner J. Michael Hannon appeared at the United States Supreme Court as a panelist for a presentation by the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association. Mr. Hannon spoke on his representation of veteran Fred Gardner in the seminal case of Gardner v. Brown, 513 U.S. 113 (1994). CAVC Chief Judge Robert N. Davis hosted the event, which included an address by Justice Stephen Breyer.
