Virtual Legal Excellence Week Criminal Law Update

This week, the Maryland State Bar Association held its' inaugural Virtual Legal Excellence Week. The event combined their "biggest CLE Institutes and Fall Summits into one week of learning and connecting." On November 12th, the program put on a Criminal Law Update seminar attended by one of our associates, Gemma Forest. Experienced practitioners Nancy Forster and Tara LeCompte led a presentation reviewing new case law from the Maryland Court of Appeals, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the Supreme Court.
